Despite Winter 2025 is close, Argentina is still reporting severe heatwaves, with tropical nights up to +23°C and Tmins above +20°C even in some parts of central Argentina.
Destructive hailstones fell in Santa Eleodora and Ameghino, General Villages, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina.
Heatwaves in Bolivia are even stronger, with Tmaxes up to +36°C.
Meanwhile, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, NE Peru, Guyana, French Guyana, Suriname and northern Amazon report severe storms and regional floods, and this trend will be preserved.
