In the next round of tornadoes later last week was significantly damaged St. Louis in Missouri, where EF3 tornado swept all that stood in its way.

Nearly 30 tornadoes were reported across five states in the next round of tornadoes only on Sunday, 18. May 2025, with Kansas and Colorado suffering the most significant damage.
While cold air from Canada (after +37,8°C snowing above the Plains) will shift to Northeast this week, Southwest will be flooded by very hot air from Mexico. In this gradient, the next round of tornadoes is expected across Central US.
Record warm nights continued in SE USA. Minimums up to 82°F in Florida and Texas appeared. Records of May highest minimums were reported in: 81°F Orange TX, 76°F Demopolis AL.
