
From Friday to Saturday, 2.-3. July 2021 hit northeastern Poland the next storm system, which locally brought extreme accumulations of rainfall.
Earlier during the week, extreme storms hit northeastern Germany and northwestern Poland (including Szczecin) /https://mkweather.com/extreme-storms-in-germany-184-mm-6-hours-near-berlin-neighboring-poland-103-mm// and storms above eastern Poland, such as parts of Lithuania, Belarus, Slovakia, Ukraine, and Romania were forecasted.
In Zawady, Podlaskie region, until 2. July, 19:00 UTC, fell 132,5 mm of rain in 11 hours. 24-hour rainfall was on Saturday morning, 3. July 202, even higher, 134,5 mm.
Tykocin reported according to IMGW 75,5 mm, Mońki 61,1 mm, Bondary 56,5 mm and Supraśl 53,9 mm.

The next severe storms hit eastern and mainly northeastern Poland from Sunday to Monday, 4.-5. July 2021 and then the severe storm will appear already in next weekend, 10.-11. July and early the following week.
The next round of severe storms is forecasted to hit the southern half of the country between 15.-20. July, but it should change, yet.
Already in the next few days hits Poland the next extreme heatwave, with possible temperatures in southwestern Poland up to +36°C /Mkweather estimate, +34°C on GFS outputs/.
