Uganda has reported minimally 3 flooding events during November 2020. 8 dead and missing are result of floods on 24. November 2020 in Kasese, floods on 9. November in Obongi district brought 23000 displaced and 2 have died in Kasese around 1. November 2020 according to floodlist.com.

In Chad, floods hit N´Djamena, with some effect of floods in Cameron, too in early November 2020.
In DR Congo, around 3. November, 66000 people were affected in 81 villages. 9 people died in next floods around 19.-20. November 2020 in South Kivu and North Kivu province.
