CFSv2 is expecting similar temperature anomalies conditions over West North America, with powerful heatwaves across continent. However, Midwest and parts of eastern half of US is below temperature average, probably linked with Atlantic hurricane activity.
Extreme drought could be according to CFSv2 recorded over Northwest of US and more precipitation expect of Florida over East Canada and Great Lakes area.
