Unnoticed windstorm over Labrador and with it linked cold front with severe storms in Northeast

Meanwhile the attention is upright now aimed on hurricane Laura, in the Northeast of continent are happening interesting things.

Unfortunately, windstorm over Quebec, Newfoundland and the northernmost parts of Northeast remains almost unnoticed. Situation is monitored mainly by Weather Nation currently.

According to WN meteorologists and Mkweather warnings too, are excepted severe storms in Great Lakes area during Friday.

Windstorm is bringing severe wind gusts and heavy rain over the region, while before arrival of cold front has peaked an advection of hot air to southern parts of Ontario (+33,5°C on Thursday), Great Lakes area and parts of Northeast and northern Midwest).

On the cold front, severe storms has occurreed on Thursday in southern parts of Northeast already. Northern Northeast is already in the cold Arctic air.
