Benelux will be stormier with more winter in southern parts and drier and with weak winter conditions in the north, until the end of January 2022.

Snowfall and frosts are forecast mainly for eastern parts, although some frosts are predicted for the west, too, but without the snow in the next 16 days.
In Alpine valleys below 1000 MASL, temperatures should drop up to -15°C, very rarely up to -20°C, but lowlands will be warmer, only between 0/-10°C during the peaking cold blasts from the east.
Snow and frosts should temporarily hit Luxembourg and southern Belgium, too.
The Netherlands should be without snowfall and with only weak frosts or ground frosts according to current updates of GFS.
It appears that early-spring conditions should begin thanks to high pressure above western shores of Europe earlier, than was predicted and severe winter hits mainly continental and eastern parts of Europe (including Italy and Balkan).
In western France, temperatures up to +17°C near sunny weather are gradually possible.

Therefore, if you like winter sports or outdoor activities, it should be the last chance for better conditions in many areas in eastern France.
Alps and Pyrenees should be however very good for a visit during sunny, NAO+, and warm pattern, thanks to their high altitudes.
