
In the last similar update until 24. January 2021 /https://mkweather.com/ecmwf-6-week-forecast-for-the-usa-until-24-january-2022// it has appeared, that very warm weather should persist above eastern and southern parts of the USA until the end of outlook.
Currently, even warmer forecasts appeared, with anomalously warm Christmas and New Year 2021-2022 (heatwave will be shifting from West above Central and Eastern USA) and persisting of warm, summer weather in the wider region of South and Southeast (from Arizona to Mid-Atlantic).
By warm weather should be partially hit parts of the Midwest and Northeast, but gradually, cold air from Canada will be pushing to the south until 31. January 2022.
In January 2022, Arctic cold blasts with possible extremely cold winter temperatures should appear across Northwest and North, the USA, such as Western, Central Canada, and Alaska.
The USA will have therefore much warmer conditions of the first 2 winter months than Europe, where cold anomalies will be possibly dominant mainly in the first half of Winter 2021/2022, maybe longer.
Very cold weather should temporarily hit parts of Eastern Canada, too.
Mexico and after Christmas Caribbean will be anomalously warm, or even hot, with summer and tropical temperatures (above 77°F / 86°F / 25°C / 30°C).
Between anomalously warm masses on the south and very cold air above Canada and N/NW US, should be creating unseasonable storm winter systems, with lighting activity, gusting winds, hail, or even tornadoes, mainly above Midwest.
