It´s evening, 27. December 2021, and from Poland, data about minimum temperatures from the previous night are already available.
A server http://meteoprognoza.pl published an overview about the coldest Polish places in the morning of 27. December 2021 and surprisingly – these temperatures were even lower than in Slovakia!

A title of the coldest place in continental Europe, or European mid-latitudes, elevated below 1000 MASL, won finally Czarny Dunajec elevated around 600-700 MASL, with a minimum temperature of only -24,9°C!
Tylicz reported -24,3°C; Żubracze -23,0°C; Jabłonowo -22,8°C, Komancza -22,7°C; Wysowa -22,6°C; Stuposiany -21,6°C; Wierzchowo -21,2°C; Cieszanów -21,0°C; Tomaszów Lubelski -21,0°C and Muszyna -20.6°C.
In Podolínec, Slovakia, minimally -23,2°C was measured, and temperature below -24,0°C very probably wasn´t measured.
In the last days, before Christmas, -33,3°C was measured in Switzerland, but in 1200 MASL and not a very densely populated region of Jura Alps /https://mkweather.com/amburnex-combe-switzerland-333c-the-strongest-frosts-of-winter-2021-2022-in-continental-europe-so-far//.

During an early December 2021 coldwaves, the lowest temperature was measured in southeastern France, -22,0°C /https://mkweather.com/220c-in-pontets-france//.
Poland is therefore a winner of the coldest Winter 2021/2022 country from European mid-latitudes / continental Europe below 1000 MASL, so far.
If frosts below -25,0°C won´t appear in January or February 2022, this record should be recognized as the coldest measurement of the winter (and will be the coldest December 2021 temperature).
January 2022 is forecast to be relatively colder, yet, with some cold blasts, but in February and March, a warm and dry NAO+ pattern is possible.
