In the last 18 days (between 12.-30. January 2022) in Miercurea Ciuc, Romania, 662 MASL, 14 days brought minimum temperatures between -11,6°C and -22,2°C.
13 days in the city were ice days, with all-day frosts.
In Bucharest, 3 days with minimum temperatures only -10/-11°C and 1 ice day were observed.
In Constanta on the coast, -6,5°C and 4 ice days were measured.
Sibiu, 444 MASL, reported on 25. January only -19,8°C and together 8 ice days during the mentioned period.
Sofia, Bulgaria, 586 MASL, reported on 25. January 2022 only -15,9°C and together 8 ice days during the period.
In Burgas, Bulgaria, on the coast, all last 18 days brought frosts and 2 days were even ice days.
In Ceadir-Lunga, Moldova, 180 MASL, -13,6°C was measured on 25. January 2022.
