Already in the last Mkweather article, we forecast, that Spring 2022 should in Europe start very early – thanks to NAO+ in February 2022 /https://mkweather.com/spring-2022-will-come-in-february-nao-and-extremely-warm-early-spring-conditions-in-february-and-march-2022-are-predicted-cfs-ecmwf//.
A situation in the USA, Canada, and Mexico will be in the next minimally 2 months very turbulent, too.
While in Canada and the northwestern sector of the USA, extremely cold conditions are in January and February 2022 expected, southern and southeastern USA will experience anomalous summer or tropical heatwaves.
In border regions of both anomalous air masses, severe storm rounds should create, with a center of anomalous storm rounds above Kentucky and Tennessee, with a possibility of the next winter extreme tornado outbreaks in the region (according to CFS).
December heatwaves and storm rounds with tornado outbreaks were a subject of our interest during December 2021, too /https://mkweather.com/people-in-the-usa-in-short-t-shirts-outside-the-hottest-christmas-in-the-usa-ever-texas-96f-36c-oklahoma-86f-30c-illinois-75f-24c/; https://mkweather.com/the-warmest-christmas-in-history-the-usa-hit-tropical-heatwaves-farms-and-ranches-in-texas-are-in-fire/; https://mkweather.com/after-the-christmas-heatwave-the-next-possible-tornado-outbreak-in-the-usa-between-28-31-december-2021/; https://mkweather.com/breaking-ef4-tornado-in-kentucky-killed-50-people-it-was-historic-winter-supercell/; https://mkweather.com/record-heatwaves-the-strongest-storms-since-2004-and-the-next-tornado-outbreak-december-in-the-usa/; https://mkweather.com/the-first-december-tornado-outbreak-in-minnesota-in-all-time-history-7-tornadoes-caused-damages/; https://mkweather.com/chicago-with-the-latest-first-snowfall-in-history//.
A report about a Kentucky tornado is available here (published a few hours after an event): https://mkweather.com/breaking-ef4-tornado-in-kentucky-killed-50-people-it-was-historic-winter-supercell/.
It appears for heavy snowfall from Arizona to Wyoming, in the Rocky Mountains, too, but the worst with storms should be the situation from the Great Lakes in the north to Arkansas and Georgia in the south, with more than 150% of precipitation just above Kentucky and Tennessee.
Therefore, if you live in a possible dangerous region, with a possibility of tornado outbreaks, we recommend you to watch current weather news in the next 2 months similarly carefully, such as during spring, or summertime months.
In many parts of Canada and the northern USA, will be prepared for a peak of Winter 2021/2022, with regionally historic frosts.
