According to medium-range precipitation forecasts, storms hit Ukraine, Belarus, Baltic region and northern and western European Russia, such as northern Turkey and Caucasian countries, until 1. July 2021, therefore heatwaves will be temporarily interrupted.
However, during the next week, the next extreme heatwave in relatively similar region in Europe is forecasted, with the peak in early July 2021 in Eastern Europe.
